Quinta do Lago South

The Quinta do Lago South Course enjoys a privileged location overlooking the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve. Designed in 1974 by William Mitchell, it was the first course in the Algarve to feature American-standard greens, tees, and bunkers.

A multiple-time host of the Portuguese Open, this 18-hole course is the crown jewel of Quinta do Lago. Surrounded by umbrella pines, shimmering lakes and vibrant landscapes, it remains a favourite among European Tour professionals for its challenging layout and breathtaking scenery.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual reservations (up to 7 players) may be cancelled free of charge up to seven days prior to the date of play.
Cancellations made less than 7 days advance incur in a 100% cancellation fee.
Group reservations (8 to 15 players) may be cancelled free of charge up to fifteen days prior to the date of play.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days wll incur in a 50% cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, the booking incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

Dress Code & Local Rules:

Every attempt will be made to pair players into 4-ball groups;
Golfers must respect the golf course rules and the dress code onsite. Please note that the following items are not allowed: swimmwear, t-shirts, denim jeans, tennis shoes and golf shoes with metal spikes.
